My first short film. Me and my friend Cagdas Helvaci made this in May 2007. We wanted to make a thriller clishé. We didn't focus on the story, we just focused on the atmosphere.

And then I...

orestis — Tue, 12/05/2009 - 20:13

This film was shot on a very, very cold winter day (-40c). Thank you to all involved for their amazing dedication.

This film is based on a poem. It is the story of a man who has just come from a funeral viewing of his wife, and goes to the location where he first met her 25 years earlier, which is also the place where she met her tragic and sudden end.

Wolf and Pig

orestis — Sun, 10/05/2009 - 22:35

At first I photographed stop motion animation. And I displayed the photographs in my room and photographed it again. I used 1,300 printed pictures. Enjoy a connection with the world of the room and the world in the photograph. Thanks for watching. Some musicians add music on my video and reupload it. Thank you very much.

The Janitor

orestis — Sat, 09/05/2009 - 22:57

Wolfram says: The Janitor is my first real animated short film. The idea came already sometime towards the end of 2006. The story is about a very, very special kind of Janitor, who lives in a surreal, futuristic world. His job is to control day and night... The whole movie was created together with Michael Noll (http://www.sent-design.de) out of drawings, photography and 3D images that were animated and composed in AfterFX and put together over a time span of about three months.

Fallen

orestis — Sat, 09/05/2009 - 22:50

What would you do with the last seconds of your life? Would you be able to enjoy the ride, when the last stop is on sight?

The story, in Fallen, relies completely on the facial expression of Schorsch, the little lava character. Very lovely.

A short by Wolfram Kampffmeyer and Sascha Geddert. Compositing by Sebastian Nozon. Music and sound design by David Christiansen.
